The present invention relates to an insulation cover for preventing a water meter from freezing and, more specifically, to an insulation cover for preventing a water meter from freezing, which is easily mounted on a water meter, facilitates reading, and can increase the insulation performance of the water meter. The insulation cover for preventing a water meter from freezing covers a water meter connected to a water pipe to prevent the water meter from freezing, and comprises: an outer waterproof cover of a synthetic resin material consisting of an outer waterproof cover body allowing an inner waterproof cover to be attached to the edge thereof, a first coupling unit protruding from one side of the outer waterproof cover body, a first corresponding coupling unit formed on the other side of the outer waterproof cover body to allow the first coupling unit to be coupled thereto, a second coupling unit protruding from the other side of the outer waterproof cover body and protruding from both sides of the first corresponding coupling unit, a second corresponding coupling unit formed on one side of the outer waterproof cover body to allow the second coupling unit to be coupled thereto, and front and rear tightening units protruding from the front and the rear of the outer waterproof cover body to tighten a waterproof cover on the water pipe; an inner waterproof cover of a synthetic resin material attached to the edge of the outer waterproof cover to form a space therein; and an insulator filled in an internal space between the inner waterproof cover and the outer waterproof cover. 본 발명은 수도계량기 동파방지용 보온커버에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 수도계량기에 장착 및 검침이 용이함과 아울러 수도계량기의 보온성능을 높일 수 있는 수도계량기 동파방지용 보온커버에 관한 것으로서, 수도관에 연결되는 수도계량기를 커버하여 수도계량기의 동파를 방지하기 위한 수도계량기 동파방지용 보온커버에 있어서, 내측 방수커버가 가장자리에 부착되는 외측 방수커버 몸체와, 상기 외측 방수커버 몸체의 일측에서 돌출형성되는 제1결합부와, 상기 외측 방수커버 몸체의 타측에 형성되어 상기 제1결합부가 결합되는 제1대응결합부와, 상기 외측 방수커버 몸체의 타측에서 돌출형성되며 상기 제1대응결합부의 양측에서 돌출형성되는 제2결합부와, 상기 외측 방부커버 몸체의 일측에 형성되어 상기 제2결합부가 결합되는 제2대응결합부와, 상기 외측 방수커버 몸체의 전방과 후방에서 돌출형성되어 수도관에 방수커버를 조이기 위한 전후방 조임부로 이루어진 합성수지재의 외측 방수커버; 상기 외측 방수커버의 가장자리에 부착되어 내부에 공간을 형성하는 합성수지재의 내측 방수커버; 및 상기 내측 방수커버와 상기 외측 방수커버 사이의 내부 공간에 충전되는 단열재;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 수도계량기 동파방지용 보온커버를 제공한다.
