description The present invention provides an electromagnetic actuator using a magnetoresistive (MR) nanofluid, which is structurally stable while increasing magnetic force. More specifically, through a structure in which a magnetic body is formed on the basis of a shaft and permanent magnets are stacked and combined on the outer circumferential surface of the magnetic body, the electromagnetic actuator using an MR nanofluid is configured to suppress axis torsion errors without a separate guide and perform operation while easily maintaining the concentric axis when the magnetic body is driven. The MR fluid is inserted into a space formed between the shaft and the magnetic body and between the magnetic body and a permanent magnet due to structural features such that the electromagnetic actuator as for vibration control can excellently alleviate an excitation force generated at a natural frequency, a damping effect is added to the operation to be operated stably, and heat generated from a coil can be dissipated through the MR fluid. The electromagnetic actuator comprises a shaft, a leaf spring, a bobbin housing, a first magnetic body, a second magnetic body, at least one permanent magnet, and an MR fluid hole. 본 발명은 자기력이 향상되면서 구조적으로 안정적인 전자기식 작동기을 제공하기 위한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 샤프트를 기준으로 자성체를 구성시키고, 영구자석을 자성체의 외주면에 각 적층하여 결합하는 구조를 통해, 별도의 가이드 없이 자성체의 구동 시 축 비틀림 에러 발생을 억제하며 보다 용이하게 동심축을 지키며 구동할 수 있도록 구성되며, MR 유체를 샤프트와 자성체 사이, 또한 자성체와 영구자석 사이에 각 구조적 특징으로부터 발생하는 공간에 삽입함으로써, 진동 제어용으로써 고유진동수에서 발생되는 가진력을 탁월하게 완화시킬 수 있으며, 작동에 댐핑 효과를 추가하여 보다 안정적으로 작동할 수 있으며, MR 유체를 통해 코일에서 발생되는 열을 방열할 수 있는 효과를 제공하는 MR 나노유체를 적용한 전자기식 작동기에 관한 것이다.
