The device includes: a wire for creating a sea forest, a rotating body coupled to the wire and idling; and a plurality of elastic rods formed on the outer circumferential surface of the rotating body. 본 발명은 간단한 구조이면서 수중 환경을 이용하게 손쉽게 조식동물의 접근을 차단할 수 있는 바다숲 조성을 위한 조식동물 접근 차단 장치에 관한 것으로, 바다숲 조성을 위한 와이어와, 상기 와이어에 결합되어 공회전되는 회전체와, 상기 회전체의 외주면에 형성되는 다수의 탄성봉을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
