Wheel structure of body including tube wheel of automatic scanner for nondestructive inspection

The present invention relates to a wheel structure of an automatic scanner body for non-destructive inspection. The wheel structure of the automatic scanner body for non-destructive inspection according to the present invention comprises: the body in which an ultrasonic flaw detector can be installed; and a tube wheel. In an automatic scanner for non-destructive inspection in which a plurality of wheels are installed on the side surface of the body and a permanent magnet is provided on the wheels, the wheels include: a rigid wheel which is rotationally installed on the body, is in rolling contact with the surface of a subject, and includes the permanent magnet; and a tube wheel attached to the side surface of the rigid wheel to rotate integrally with the rigid wheel and capable of having an outer diameter greater than an outer diameter of the rigid wheel by supply or discharge of an air. An objective of the present invention is to provide the wheel structure of the automatic scanner body for non-destructive inspection, in which an operator's hand, an electric wire, or a water supply hose is prevented from being damaged. 본 발명에 따른 비파괴 검사용 자동 스캐너 차체의 바퀴 구조는, 초음파 탐상체가 설치될 수 있는 차체; 및 상기 차체의 측면에 복수의 바퀴가 설치되며 상기 바퀴에 영구자석이 구비된 비파괴 검사용 자동 스캐너에 있어서, 상기 바퀴는, 상기 차체에 회전 가능하게 설치되며 피검사체 표면과 구름 접촉되며 영구자석이 포함된 강체 휠; 및 상기 강체 휠과 일체로 회전하도록 상기 강체 휠의 측면에 부착되며 공기의 공급 또는 배출에 의해 상기 강체 휠의 외경보다 큰 외경을 가질 수 있는 튜브 휠을 포함한 것을 특징으로 한다.
