Zusammenfassung:Disclosed are a composition for an eco-friendly infrared light-transmitting glass and a method for manufacturing an optical glass using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a method for manufacturing an optical glass, which transmits light in an infrared wavelength band more than or equal to a preset reference value, and comprises: a charging process in which Ge, Ga, and Se are mixed by a preset amount, respectively, and charged into a preset container; a melting process of melting the preset container in a first preset environment; and a slow cooling process of slowly cooling the container undergoing the melting process in a second preset environment. 친환경 적외광 투과 유리용 조성물 및 그를 이용한 광학유리 제조방법을 개시한다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 적외선 파장대역의 광을 기 설정된 기준치 이상 투과시키는 광학유리를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, Ge, Ga 및 Se를 각각 기 설정된 함량만큼 혼합하여 기 설정된 용기에 장입하는 장입과정과 상기 기 설정된 용기를 제1 기 설정된 환경에서 용융하는 용융과정 및 상기 용융과정을 거친 용기를 제2 기 설정된 환경에서 서냉하는 서냉과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학유리 제조방법을 제공한다.
