According to the present invention, since a conveyor is used instead of a jig to carry the substrate panel in, the substrate panel can be carried in more quickly than an existing method, and also, since a jig is not used, the system can be used universally for substrate panels of various sizes, and, as a result, there can be an effect of reducing operation costs. 본 발명은 지그를 사용하지 않는 쏘우 라우터 시스템을 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 쏘우 라우터 시스템은, x축 방향으로 기판패널을 이송하는 것으로서, x축 방향을 따라 나란히 배열된 제1 컨베이어 및 제2 컨베이어를 포함하는 기판이송부; 공정위치에서 기판패널을 x축 방향의 기준위치에 정렬시키는 제1 정렬부; 공정위치에서 기판패널을 y축 방향의 기준위치에 정렬시키는 제2 정렬부; 쏘우를 구비하며, y축 방향을 따라 이동할 수 있는 헤드유닛; 기판패널을 촬영하는 카메라; 기판패널의 하부에서 분진을 집진하는 하부집진부; 기판패널에 형성된 절단예정라인과 등록된 절단기준라인을 대비하여 보정값을 산출하고 산출된 보정값에 따라 등록된 절단기준라인을 보정하는 경로보정부를 구비하는 제어부를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 지그를 사용하는 대신 컨베이어를 통해 기판패널을 반입하므로 종래에 비하여 기판패널을 신속하게 반입할 수 있고, 지그를 사용하지 않으므로 다양한 크기의 기판패널에 대해 범용으로 사용할 수 있으므로 운용비용이 절감되는 효과가 있다.
