Accordingly, the adhesive composition and the adhesive sheet have low initial adhesive power and low elapsed-time adhesive power to a non-alkali glass or a polyimide film but have very high heat and pressure adhesive power, and thus have excellent re-adhesive properties, position fixability, and reworkability and have high adhesion reliability.
본 발명에 따르면, 질소형 아크릴계 점착성 수지 및 실리콘형 메타크릴계 점착성 수지를 함유하는 점착 조성물 및 이를 사용한 점착 시트가 제공되며, 상기 점착 시트는 무알칼리 유리(non-alkali glass) 또는 폴리이미드 필름에 접합할 때, 23℃에서 20분 경과한 후의 점착력이 10 gf/25mm 이하이고, 23℃에서 2주 경과한 후의 점착력이 50 gf/25mm 이하이고, 50℃에서 5기압 하에 15분 경과한 후의 점착력이 400 gf/25mm 이상이다. 본 발명에 따른 점착 조성물 및 점착 시트는 무알칼리 유리(non-alkali glass) 또는 폴리이미드 필름에 대해 초기 점착력 및 경시 점착력이 낮지만 가열· 가압 점착력이 매우 높아서, 우수한 재부착성, 위치수정성 및 리워크성을 가지며 점착 신뢰성이 높다. |
