According to the present invention, the multi-port valve comprises: a hollow valve body having a plurality of ports disposed along the perimeter thereof and having an open upper surface; a cover coupled to the open upper surface of the valve body; a driving plate installed between the valve body and the cover; a rotating body which is installed inside the valve body to be rotatable and elevatable, rotates by the driving plate, and has the same number of inlets and outlets as the ports and a flow path connecting at least one pair of the inlets and outlets; a ratchet unit which permits forward rotation of the rotating body and restricts reverse rotation thereof; and a sealing member provided between the valve body and the rotating body.
본 발명은 밸브 바디에 형성된 포트를 선택적으로 연결하기 위하여 회전체가 회전하는 과정에서 발생하는 실링부재의 손상을 없도록 하여 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있는 멀티 포트 밸브에 관한 것으로, 복수의 포트가 둘레를 따라 배치되고 상면이 개방된 중공의 밸브 바디와, 상기 밸브 바디의 개방된 상면에 결합된 커버와, 상기 밸브 바디와 상기 커버 사이에 설치된 구동플레이트와, 상기 밸브 바디의 내부에 회전 및 승강 가능하게 설치되고, 상기 구동플레이트에 의해 회전하며 상기 포트와 같은 수의 출입구 및 상기 출입구 중 적어도 한 쌍을 연결하는 유로가 형성된 회전체와, 상기 회전체의 정방향 회전은 허용하되 역방향 회전을 제한하는 래칫 유닛과, 상기 밸브 바디와 상기 회전체 사이에 구비된 실링부재를 포함한다. |
