According to an embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus of manufacturing a wooden straw comprises: an input unit (100) for inputting a plurality of pieces of plate-shaped wood paper (P); a transfer unit (200) for transferring the wood paper (P) input by the input unit (100); a rolling unit (300) for rolling the wood paper (P) which is transferred by the transfer unit (200); an adhesive unit (400) for applying an adhesive to a connection portion of rolling paper (R), wherein the wooden paper (P) is rolled into the rolling paper (R) by the rolling unit (300) and the rolling paper (R) is transferred to the adhesive unit (400) by the transfer unit (200); a drying unit (500) provided to dry the connection portion of the rolling paper (R) transferred by the transfer unit (200); and a pick-up unit provided to pick up and deliver wooden straws from the transfer unit to a discharge unit so that the wooden straws that have been completely dried by the drying unit (500) is discharged to the outside.
