Accordingly, the present invention has the effect of securing high reliability for a product by preventing damage between the crossbar and the post even for an external force applied to the crossbar and the effect of preventing secondary accidents.
본 발명은 횡대의 각 단부가 삽입되어 체결되는 지주의 지주보스에 횡대로 가해지는 외력으로 인한 충돌에 대하여 완충작용인 수축 후 자체 복원력에 의해 다시 인장(引張) 되도록 함에 따라 횡대와 지주보스의 체결부위가 파손됨을 방지할 수 있도록 횡대의 각 단부가 삽입되는 지주보스 중 그 횡대의 끝 단부가 위치하는 지지보스를 지주와 함께 성형시 횡대에 가해지는 외력에 의해 수축된 후 외력 해제시 자체 복원력에 의해 다시 인장 될 수 있도록 형성되는 완충 지지보스; 및 상기 완충 지지보스의 끝단에 그 완충 지지보스와 맞닿는 지지플랜지, 상기 지지플랜지에 횡대의 내부로 삽입되어 횡대와 체결되는 체결 축을 포함하는 플랜지 브래킷;을 포함하는 무용접 펜스의 지주 일체형 완충 체결장치를 제공한다. 그에 따라 횡대에 가해지는 외력에 대해서도 지주와 횡대 간의 파손됨을 방지함에 따라 제품에 대한 높은 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있는 효과와 함께 2차적인 사고도 예방할 수 있는 효과를 가진다. |
