ROTOR ASSEMBLY OF GENERATOR

Disclosed is a rotor assembly of a generator in which assembly of a rotor pole with a rotating core can be quickly and robustly performed. The rotor assembly of a generator comprises: a rotating core having a channel groove portion formed on an outer circumferential surface thereof; a rotor pole that provides a seating groove in which a coil can be wound, wherein a locking sill portion is formed to protrude from an end portion of the rotating core in the rotor pole; a mounting jig having one end portion slidably coupled to the channel groove portion and the other end portion fixed to the locking sill portion in order to fix the rotor pole to the rotating core; and a fixing member for fastening the mounting jig to the rotating core. 회전 코어에 대한 로터 폴의 조립이 신속하고 견고하게 이루어질 수 있는 발전기의 로터 어셈블리가 소개된다. 발전기의 로터 어셈블리는 외주면에 채널 홈부가 형성되는 회전 코어와, 코일이 권취 가능한 안착 홈부를 제공하고 회전 코어 측의 단부에 걸림 턱부가 돌출 형성되는 로터 폴과, 로터 폴을 회전 코어에 고정하기 위해, 일단부가 상기 채널 홈부에 슬라이딩 결합되고 타단부가 걸림 턱부에 걸려 고정되는 장착 지그와, 장착 지그를 회전 코어에 체결하기 위한 고정 부재를 포함할 수 있다.
