Method and system of advanced payment of construction cost

The present invention relates to a method for advanced payment of construction cost, in which a financial institution pays construction cost in advance to construction workers based on guarantee of payment of the construction cost of a guarantee insurance institution, and the financial institution is paid later from contracted/subcontracted companies. The method for advanced payment of construction cost comprises: a construction site opening step in which contracted/subcontracted companies open a construction site by accessing an intermediary business management system through contracted/subcontracted company terminal devices; a standard contract preparation, approval and storage step in which a construction worker prepares a standard contract by accessing the intermediary business management system through a construction worker terminal device, the contracted/subcontracted companies approve and store the standard contract by accessing the intermediary business management system through the contracted/subcontracted terminal devices; a daily labor report preparation, approval and storage step in which the construction worker prepares a daily labor report by accessing the intermediary business management system through the construction worker terminal device, and the contracted/subcontracted companies approve and store the daily labor report by accessing the intermediary business management system through the contracted/subcontracted company terminal devices; a transaction details preparation, approval and storage step in which the construction worker prepares transaction details by accessing the intermediary business management system through the construction worker terminal device, and the contracted/subcontracted companies approve and store the transaction details by accessing the intermediary business management system through the contracted/subcontracted company terminal devices; a construction cost advanced payment step in which a financial institution deposits cost previously agreed to a deposit account of the construction worker on the basis of information transferred from the intermediary business management system; and a payment step in which the financial institution receives the amount of the transaction details from the contracted/subcontracted companies. 본 발명은 보증보험기관의 건설공사 대금의 지급보증을 기반으로 금융기관이 건설공사 대금을 건설종사자에게 선지급하고 금융기관은 도ㆍ하도급사로부터 나중에 정산받는 건설공사 대금의 선지급 방법에 관한 것으로, 도ㆍ하도급사가 도ㆍ하도급사 단말장치를 통해 중계사업자 관리시스템에 접속하여 건설현장을 개설하는 건설현장 개설 단계; 건설종사자가 건설종사자 단말
