Accordingly, it is possible to easily monitor whether the freight trains are operating normally without deviating from the organization even at night, and as the freight train terminal itself acts as a repeater, data communication can be performed seamlessly with the freight train at the rear that is located a long distance from the locomotive train. 본 발명에 따른 화물열차 무선감시 시스템은 기관열차 뒤로 연결되어 편성된 복수의 화물열차에 각각에 설치되어 해당 화물열차의 상태를 수집하여 무선통신으로 송신하는 화물열차 단말기; 및 상기 화물열차 단말기에서 송신되는 상태데이터를 포함한 무선데이터를 수신하는 무선통신을 지속적으로 수행하여 상기 화물열차를 감시하면서 상기 무선데이터의 수신 여부에 따라 상기 화물열차의 정상운행을 판단하는 기관열차 단말기;를 포함하여 화물열차가 야간에도 편성에서 이탈되지 않고 정상적으로 운행되는지 용이하게 감시할 수 있는 효과가 있고, 화물열차 단말기가 자체적으로 중계기 역할을 함으로써 기관열차와 먼 거리에 위치한 후미의 화물열차와도 끊김 없이 데이터 통신을 할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
