Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a ground filler composition, which uses an industrial by-product as a binder or an aggregate to exhibit high fluidity for allowing self-compacting and low strength for allowing re-excavation. In order to achieve the above objectives, the present invention provides a high-fluidity low-strength filler composition including a binder, an aggregate, and water, wherein a unit binder amount is 110 to 150 kg/m^3, a unit fine aggregate amount is 1,390 to 1,480 kg/m^3, and a water-binder ratio is 300 to 400 wt%, so that, at a material age of 28 days, physical properties of compressive strength of 0.3 to 2.1 MPa, a slump flow of 200 to 300 mm, a bleeding rate of less than 3 %, and a water permeability coefficient of 10^(-4) cm/sec or less are exhibited.
본 발명은 산업부산물을 결합재 또는 골재로 이용하여 무다짐 충전이 이루어지는 고유동성과 재굴착이 가능한 저강도가 발현되는 지반 채움재 조성물에 관한 것이다. 전술한 과제 해결을 위해 본 발명은 「결합재, 골재 및 물이 포함되어 조성되되, 단위 결합재량 110~150㎏/㎥, 단위 잔골재량 1,390~1,480㎏/㎥ 및 물-결합재비 300~400wt% 이고, 재령 28일 압축강도 0.3~2.1MPa, 슬럼프 플로우 200~300㎜, 블리딩율 3% 미만 및 투수계수 10㎝/sec 이하의 물성이 발현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고유동-저강도 채움재 조성물」을 제공한다. |
