According to one aspect of the composition for improving skin, a probiotic lysate in which a high concentration of live bacteria is dissolved has excellent skin whitening or elasticity improving effects through induction or inhibition of expression of related genes in skin cells. 피부에 효능이 있는 고농도 프로바이오틱스를 포함하는 조성물에 관한 것으로, 일 양상에 따른 피부 개선용 조성물에 의하면, 고농도의 생균을 용해한 프로바이오틱스 용해물은 피부 세포에서의 관련 유전자의 발현 유도 또는 억제 등을 통한 우수한 피부 미백 또는 탄력 증가 효과가 있다.
