The stone plastic composite plate (SPC) comprises: a core layer formed by mixing calcium carbonate (CaCo3), ocher powder, kenaf, magnesium, polylactic acid, and a resin stabilizer; a pattern film layer formed in a sheet form on an upper surface of the core layer to form a predetermined pattern; a surface protection layer formed in a sheet form on an upper surface of the pattern film layer to prevent wear of the pattern film layer; a bottom layer formed on a lower surface of the core layer; and a coating layer formed on an upper part of the surface protection layer for stain-resistant, waterproof, and surface protection properties of the surface protection layer, wherein the bottom layer may be any one selected from cork containing calcium oxide powder and ocher powder or IXPE foam containing calcium oxide powder and ocher powder.
