In particular, a plurality of seed collectors are installed in the whirlpool facility, such that by creating a whirlpool in the whirlpool facility, the larvae and spat of Manila clam can be guided into the seed collectors, wherein the seed collectors of Manila clam can be easily moved to and grown in an intermediate growth site. The present invention may be expected to address the problem with domestic supply of Manila clam seed, and may enable naturally collected larvae and spat of Manila clam to be rapidly moved to and grow in an intermediate cultivation site, thus maximizing the survival rate thereof.
