More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a fried pork cutlet which is suitable for cooking by a consumer by using an air fryer. In addition, the present invention relates to the method for manufacturing the pork cutlet which has a natural ingredient, an egg dough base, in which rib scent or spicy hot pot scent is added, thereby being able to promote both health and taste.
