| Zusammenfassung: | A maxillary bone expander according to one embodiment of the present disclosure comprises: a main body comprising a plurality of mini-screw insertion parts through which a plurality of mini-screws are respectively inserted and penetrated, and located in a maxillary bone; a penetration part whose upper and lower parts are penetrated; and a protrusion part protruding from an outer circumferential surface. The maxillary bone expander may comprise a plurality of tubes inserted into each of the plurality of mini-screw insertion parts, and the plurality of mini-screws inserted and penetrated through each of the plurality of tubes and capable of fastening to the maxillary bone. According to the present invention, the horizontal force of a palate extension device can be effectively transferred to the maxillary bone.
