The heat-resistant sheet is produced by extruding a sheet composition into a sheet, and the compressed sheet is heated and fused, and then foamed and molded to a predetermined thickness, wherein the sheet composition is obtained by mixing, with respect to 100 parts by weight of PVC powder obtained by mixing PVC waste powder and CPVC powder in a weight ratio of 1:0.1-0.5, 100-200 parts by weight of an adhesive binder; 5-20 parts by weight of a fibrous filler; 5-20 parts by weight of a flame-retardant additive; 3-10 parts by weight of bottom ash functioning as a filler; and 3-5 parts by weight of water glass functioning as an adhesive binder. 본 발명은 열원, 진동 및 소음을 차단함은 물론 난연효과를 구현하고 기계적 강도를 향상시킬 수 있도록 하면서 엔진의 구동으로 발생되는 소음을 감소시키면서 선박의 피로도를 최소화할 수 있는 선박 엔진용 내열시트에 관한 것으로서, PVC오니 분말과 CPVC분말을 1:0.1~0.5의 중량비로 혼합한 PVC분말 100중량부에 대해 점착성 바인더 100 ~ 200중량부, 섬유상 필러 5 ~ 20중량부, 난연성 첨가제 5 ~ 20중량부, 충진재인 바텀애쉬 3 ~ 10중량부 및, 접합성 바인더인 물유리 3 ~ 5중량부의 중량비로 시트 조성물을 혼합한 후 압출하여 시트로 제작하고, 압축된 상기 시트를 가열 융착하여 발포 성형시켜 소정두께로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
