Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a coating method of a fluororesin ink composition in which a printing layer is not easily peeled off during use even when printed in a multiple layer on a metal substrate surface by forming a fluororesin coating layer, a multi-layer printing layer, and the fluororesin coating layer on the metal substrate surface to enhance the interlayer bonding force. The coating method according to the present invention has excellent abrasion resistance and heat resistance of the coating layer, and aqueous or water-soluble polysiloxane contained in the printing layer is condensed with polysiloxane of the adjacent printing layer and bonded so that the printing layer is not easily peeled off during use of an apparatus. Various appearance effects such as color, pattern, and pattern can be exhibited on the surface of the heating apparatus. 본 발명은 금속 기재 표면에 불소수지 코팅층, 복층의 인쇄층 및 불소수지 코팅층을 순차적으로 형성시키면서 층간 결합력을 향상시켜, 금속 기재 표면에 복층으로 인쇄하여도 사용 중 인쇄층이 쉽게 박리되지 않는 불소수지 잉크조성물의 코팅방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 코팅방법은 코팅층의 내마모성과 내열성이 우수하고 인쇄층에 함유된 수성 또는 수용성 폴리실록산이 인접한 인쇄층의 폴리실록산과 축합반응하여 결합함으로써 기구의 사용 중 인쇄층이 쉽게 박리되지 않으므로 가열기구 표면에 색상, 패턴, 문양 등의 다채로운 외관 효과를 나타낼 수 있다.
