The asphalt modifier of the present invention comprises: with respect to 100 parts by weight of an asphalt binder modified with a styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer, 0.1 to 1 part by weight of graphene oxide (GO); 10 to 30 parts by weight of a softener; 20 to 80 parts by weight of a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE); and 50 to 200 parts by weight a petroleum resin. The highly elastic modified asphalt concrete mixture of the present invention is manufactured by measuring the manufactured asphalt modifier with an asphalt binder, an aggregate, and a filler, and inputting the same into an asphalt concrete mixer. According to the highly elastic modified asphalt concrete mixture of the present invention, GO which is a nanomaterial is applied to modify an asphalt binder so as to secure mechanical performance and durability of an asphalt concrete mixture, thereby contributing to a lifespan extension of a road pavement. 본 발명은 기존 아스팔트 혼합물 보다 적용 온도 범위가 넓고 소성변형 저항성, 피로균열 저항성을 개선하고, 온도균열 저항 및 Top-Down균열을 억제함으로써 도로포장 수명을 연장하는 목적으로 사용되는 나노물질을 이용한 아스팔트 개질제 및 이를 이용한 고탄성 개질 아스팔트 콘크리트 혼합물에 관한 것으로, 좀 더 상세히는 스티렌-부타디엔-스티렌 블록 공중합체로 개질된 아스팔트 바인더 100중량부에 산화 그래핀(Graphene oxide, GO) 0.1 내지 1 중량부, 연화제 10 내지 30중량부, 열가소성 탄성체(TPE) 20 내지 80중량부, 석유수지 50 내지 200 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기와 같이 제조된 아스팔트 개질제는 아스팔트 바인더, 골재, 필러와 함께 아스팔트 콘크리트 믹서에 계량 투입하여 제조되는 고탄성 개질 아스팔트 콘크리트 혼합물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 고탄성 개질 아스팔트 콘크리트 혼합물은 아스팔트 바인더를 개질시키기 위해 나노물질인 산화 그래핀(Graphene oxide, GO)을 적용함으로써 아스팔트 콘크리트 혼합물의 기계적 성능과 내구성을 확보하여 도로포장의 수명연장에 기여할 수 있다.
