The manufacturing method of the present invention comprises the steps of: removing gravel and foreign substances from a tidal field soil; pulverizing and drying the sieved tidal field soil to prepare a tidal field base; preparing a first tidal field mixture by mixing and stirring clay powder, glaze powder, and dried and pulverized coffee sludge powder with the tidal field base; preparing a second tidal field mixture by mixing and stirring a coagulant with the tidal field base; mixing and stirring the second tidal field mixture with the first tidal field mixture at a predetermined ratio; and manufacturing a fire-proof molded body by molding a molded body composition in a predetermined shape to introduce the same in a firing furnace for firing treatment at a predetermined temperature. 본 발명은 각종 건축물의 내외장용 보드, 패널, 바닥재 등으로 사용되며 갯벌흙과 점토와 유약분말과 커피슬러지를 주재(主材)로 하여 친환경적이고 불연성, 경량성, 흡음성 및 높은 강도를 지니도록 제조된 건축용 내화성형체 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 갯벌흙으로부터 자갈과 이물질을 걸러내는 단계와, 체친 갯벌흙을 분쇄하고 건조처리하여 갯벌베이스를 제조하는 단계와, 상기 갯벌베이스에 점토분말와 유약분말과 건조 및 분쇄처리된 커피슬러지분말을 혼합 교반하여 제1갯벌혼합물을 제조하는 단계와, 상기 갯벌베이스에 응집제를 혼합 교반하여 제2갯벌혼합물을 제조하는 단계와, 상기 제1갯벌혼합물에 제2갯벌혼합물을 일정비율로 혼합 교반하는 단계와, 상기 성형체조성물을 일정형상으로 성형하고 소성로에 넣어 일정온도로 소성처리하여 내화성형체를 제조하는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 갯벌흙을 이용한 내화성형체 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
