Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for forming a nano-sized coating on glass by using a nano-sized silicone compound having hydrophilic and antifouling functions, and more specifically, to a method for coating glass having hydrophilic and antifouling functions, in which the nano-sized silicone compound is coated on the glass with the thickness of hundreds of nanometers via a slot-die method to remarkably improve mechanical properties such as wear resistance, hardness and the like, and ultra-hydrophilic properties less than 20 degrees of contact angle and an antifouling function by self-cleaning properties are obtained.
본 발명은 친수특성 및 오염방지용 나노 실리콘 컴파운드를 활용하여 유리에 나노사이즈의 도막을 형성하는 방법에 관한 것으로 보다 상세하게는 수백나노미터의 두께로 유리에 나노 실리콘 컴파운드를 슬롯다이 방식의 코팅을 함으로서 내마모 특성과 경도 등 기계적 특성을 획기적으로 향상시키고 접촉각 20도 미만의 초친수 특성과 자정작용 특성에 의한 오염방지 기능을 갖는 친수 및 오염방지용 유리코팅 방법에 관한 것이다. |
