The injection adjustment unit includes an angle adjustment unit coupled to one side of the gel fuel injector to adjust the angle of the gel fuel injector by rotating power transferred from a motor.
본 발명의 실시예는 모터 구동방식을 적용하여 젤화 연료 인젝터의 향상된 조작성과 안정성을 구현할 수 있으며, 압력 및 부피 제어, 사용자의 요구에 따른 구조변경, 분사, 미립화 및 스프레이 거동, 연료와 산화제의 충돌, 크로스 스트림 스프레이, 점화, 점화지연, 연소 등에 대한 연구를 용이하게 구현할 수 있는 젤화 연료 분사 시험 시스템을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 젤화 연료 인젝터의 분사각도와 분사위치가 조절 가능한 상태로 일측에 결합되며, 젤화 연료 인젝터의 분사관련 동작을 조절하는 분사 조절부, 분사 조절부의 결합과 이송관련 동작을 지지하는 프레임 형상의 시험 본체, 그리고 시험 본체에 결합되어 분사 조절부의 이송관련 동작을 안내하는 이송부를 포함하며, 분사 조절부는 젤화 연료 인젝터의 일측에 연결되어 전달되는 모터의 회전동력으로 젤화 연료 인젝터의 각도를 조절하는 각도 조절부를 포함한다. |
