Earthquake-proof Steel Frame Structure

The present invention relates to a steel frame construction for combining a reinforced concrete structure and a seismic retrofitting steel frame structure integrally, and provides a seismic retrofitting steel frame structure, comprising: an adhesive reinforcing plate being a plate to be bonded to the surface of the base face of a reinforced concrete structure and having a plurality of anchor penetration holes provided in the longitudinal direction; a plurality of anchoring anchors embedded in the anchor holes drilled in the surface of the reinforced concrete structure by passing through the anchor penetration holes provided in the adhesive reinforcing plate; adhesive synthetic resin filled in a space between the base face of the reinforced concrete structure and the adhesive reinforcing plate; and a load transfer plate having the shape of a plate overall and including a lower cross section longitudinally welded to the upper surface of the adhesive reinforcing plate and an upper cross section longitudinally welded to the seismic retrofitting steel frame structure, wherein coating processing is carried out by a coating device with respect to the anchoring anchor or the adhesive reinforcing plate, and the coating device includes a center shaft, which is axially coupled to the fixing part fixed at a predetermined height on the adhesive reinforcing plate and the anchoring anchors conveyed on the conveyor, and rotated by a rotation means disposed on the fixing part, an upper horizontal beam fixed horizontally on the center shaft, side vertical bars disposed vertically at both sides of the upper horizontal beam, and a spray gun supplied with a coating liquid to be applied to the anchoring anchors and the adhesive reinforcing plate so as to spray the same to the anchoring anchors and the adhesive reinforcing plate by the nozzles.
