The moving spatial image drawing system for drawing a target terrain relative to a reference point of a video image comprises: a reference station (100); a capturing device (200); and a video drawing processing device (500). 본 발명은 영상이미지의 기준점 대비 대상 지형물을 도화하는 이동형 공간영상도화시스템에 관한 것으로써, 더욱 상세하게는 영상이미지를 촬영하고자 하는 위치에서 카메라의 각도를 원하는 대로 자동 조절하여 영상이미지를 수월하게 취득하므로 인해 영상도화용 대상 지형지물을 주변환경의 영향을 받지 않고 정확하게 도화하는 한편, 무한궤도부의 진행에 따른 지면으로부터 튀어오르는 물이나, 돌 등의 이물질이 카메라부로 접근하는 것을 방지하여 카메라부의 고장 등을 방지하기 위한 영상이미지의 기준점 대비 대상 지형물을 도화하는 이동형 공간영상도화시스템에 관한 것이다.
