The movement of molten metal of the separated chamber is applied with air pressure, and a decrease in a temperature, caused by the movement, is detected to maintain a constant temperature of the molten metal. Therefore, a product manufacturing time can be reduced by constantly injecting molten metal, and a product can be uniformly manufactured by preserving the temperature of the molten metal. 본 발명은 에어 가압 저압 주조에 사용되는 보온로의 청정도를 높이고, 보온로 내부로 용탕을 공급시 보온로 밀폐를 높이는 이중 챔버 에어 가압 보온로에 관한 것으로, 용탕이 이동하는 하나 이상의 챔버를 구비하고, 청정장치로 용탕을 청정하며 챔버 간의 이동을 위한 개폐장치를 두어 용탕을 보충을 지속적으로 할 수 있도록 제공한다. 또한, 이와 같이 분리된 챔버의 용탕이동을 에어 가압을 적용하고, 이동에 따른 온도의 하락을 감지하여 용탕이 일정한 온도를 유지할 수 있도록 제공한다. 따라서, 용탕의 지속적인 주입으로 제품생산 시간을 감소시킬 수 있으며, 용탕의 온도 보존으로 제품을 균일하게 생산할 수 있다.
