The outdoor air can enhance cooling efficiency and reduce consumed energy by increasing cooling effect of heating medium due to evaporation and cooling effects of the outdoor air, and reduce consumed energy by reducing a static pressure loss of a blower since the spray nozzles and a vaporizing pad are selectively rotated and located on a course of the outdoor air.
