According to a proper embodiment of the present invention, the PSC beam capable of improving performance of an end wall comprises: a main body having a block-out unit wherein an upper end of an end portion thereof is cut, and an end protrusion on a lower portion of the block-out unit; a settling member buried in the main body in a longitudinal direction to provide an end surface with a coupling surface; a connection member which has a vertical through hole, and is coupled to the coupling surface of the settling member to protrude from an end surface of the main body in the longitudinal direction; and a reinforcing bar assembly including a vertical anchor reinforcing bar vertically penetrating the vertical through hole of the connection member to be assembled on the block-out unit. 본 발명은 단부벽체와 일체로 거동하여 반일체식 교대 교량을 구성하는 PSC빔에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 단부벽체의 균열 안전성을 향상시킬 수 있고, 단부벽체와의 벌어짐을 방지할 수 있으며, 단부벽체를 시공함에 있어 거푸집 및 동바리의 설치 및 해체를 간편하게 할 수 있으며, 단부벽체와 교대 사이의 이격부 방수를 편리하게 할 수 있어 단부벽체의 성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 PSC빔 및 이를 이용한 반일체식 교대 교량 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 적절한 실시형태에 따른 단부벽체의 성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 PSC빔은 단부의 상단이 절취된 블럭아웃부, 블럭아웃부 하부의 단부턱을 갖는 본체; 단부면에 결합면을 제공하도록 본체에 교축방향으로 매립되는 정착부재; 수직관통홀이 구성되며 정착부재의 결합면에 결합되어 본체의 단부면으로부터 교축방향으로 돌출되는 연결부재; 및 연결부재의 수직관통홀을 수직하게 관통하는 수직앵커철근을 포함하여 블럭아웃부에 조립되는 철근조립체;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
