The present invention relates to an earthquake-proof ceiling plate fastener (100). The earthquake-proof ceiling plate fastener (100) fastens and fixes a ceiling frame (300) and a fixing frame (200). The ceiling frame (300) has a concave-convex part on a body (301), is spaced apart from each other by a determined distance, and is continuously connected to the ceiling. The fixing frame (200) has upwardly protruding upright walls (202) on both sides of a plate-shaped body (201), and a projection-shaped hook (203) protrudes to the inside of the upright wall (202) such that the fixing frame (200) is spaced apart from each other in the direction perpendicular to the ceiling frame (300), and is in close contact with the lower part of the ceiling frame (300). The earthquake-proof ceiling plate fastener (100) comprises: a body (101) which has a pair of wings (104) in the form of an upright wall extending downward on both sides of a flat plate; an elastic pressing piece (102) which is connected to the body (101) between the lower part of the flat plate of the body (101) and the pair of the wings (104) and has both ends bent outward from the body (101) and protruded; and a fixing unit (103) which fastens the body (10) and the elastic pressing piece (102).
