Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a bioplastic composition and an extruded product thereof and, more specifically, to an oxo-biodegradable bioplastic composition with high transparency comprising a plant-derived plasticizer and a biodegradation catalyst and an extruded product thereof. A bioplastic composition is manufactured by adding epoxidation soybean oil which is a carbon natural plant plasticizer, and a biodegradation catalyst to a polyvinyl chloride resin which is a main ingredient, and then is extruded and molded in a film shape, thereby maintaining carbon reduction and biodegradation properties, and realizing excellent transparency, flexibility and mechanical properties in harmony.
본 발명은 바이오 플라스틱 조성물, 및 이의 압출성형품에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 주원료인 염화비닐수지에 탄소중립(Carbon neutral)형 식물체 가소제인 에폭시화 대두유와 생분해 촉매제 등을 첨가하여 바이오 플라스틱 조성물을 제조하고 이를 필름 등의 형태로 압출성형함으로써, 탄소저감 및 생분해 특성을 유지하면서 우수한 투명성, 유연성 및 기계적 물성을 조화롭게 구현하도록 한, 식물체 유래 가소제 및 생분해 촉매제를 포함하는 산화생분해성 고투명 바이오 플라스틱 조성물, 및 이의 압출성형품에 관한 것이다. |
