The system for monitoring a harmful environment of a chimney, including at least one measuring device, comprises: at least one measurement device for measuring contaminants included in exhaust gas of the chimney; a plurality of raw data transmission devices which collect raw data of measurement values of each sensor which are measured by various sensors of the measurement device in real time and independently transmit the raw data to the cloud server through a communications network; and the cloud server which collects the raw data of measurement values of each sensor transmitted by each raw data transmission device through the communications network, stores and manages the raw data for use as inter-device data or big data computing data, converts a measured concentration of each contaminant, included in the exhaust gas of the chimney in which the measurement device is installed, into an optimal value by using the raw data of measurement values of each sensor, and stores and manages the optimal value. The possibility of manipulating the measurement device is basically prevented by enabling the raw data of values of various sensors of the measurement device to be utilized on the cloud server.
