Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a smart braking monitoring system comprising: a high speed infrared ray camera which measures the surface temperature and an image of a brake disk surface of a railroad vehicle in a contactless manner; and a detection and analysis unit which detects temperature distribution in the brake disk, a location of a hot spot, generation of cracks, and locations of cracks by processing the image when a temperature signal and an image signal, measured by the high speed infrared camera, are input. According to the present invention, the smart braking monitoring system can detect defects such as hot spots and cracks during operation of the railroad vehicle, prevent an accident by reducing braking pressure applied to a relevant brake disk if a defect is detected, and increases durability of a component by protecting the disk before the defect develops into cracks.
본 발명은 스마트 제동 모니터링 시스템에 관한 것으로; 철도차량의 제동디스크 표면 온도 및 영상을 비접촉식으로 측정하는 고속 적외선 카메라와; 상기 고속 적외선 카메라에서 측정된 온도신호 및 영상신호가 입력되면 이미지 프로세싱(image prossing)을 통하여 제동디스크내 온도 분포, 핫스팟 위치, 크랙의 발생 여부 및 위치를 검지하는 검지분석부;로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면 철도차량의 운행 중에 핫스팟(Hot spot) 및 크랙(Crack) 등의 결함을 검지할 수 있고, 결함이 검지되면 해당 제동디스크에 작용하는 제동압을 완해하여 사고를 미연에 방지하고 크랙으로 진행되기 전에 디스크를 보호하여 부품의 수명을 늘리는 효과도 있다. |
