LEVELING TAMPER

Provided is a leveling tamper in which leveling and tamping are easily and comfortably performed by anyone. The present invention relates to a leveling tamper, which is a tool used for extracting espresso coffee, including: a handle (110) formed as a circular block body, and sized such that a lower surface edge of the handle (110) is latched to the outer surface of a porter filter (1) when a tamper (100) is inserted into the porter filter (1); a tamping portion (120) formed as a circular block body having a top portion inserted and fixedly coupled to a lower side of the handle (110), sized such that the tamping portion (120) is able to be inserted inside the porter filter (1) and rotated when the porter filter (1) is inserted, having a curved surface (111) convex at a center thereof with respect to a lower surface thereof making contact with coffee powder inside the potter filter (1) for pushing the coffee powder filled and concentrated in the center of the porter filter (1) to the outside, and having three blade portions (112) distributed along a circumference and having a step surface (112a) in one direction for uniformly distributing the coffee powder at an even density during a rotation operation. 본 발명은 에스프레소 커피를 추출시 사용하는 도구인 레벨링 탬퍼에 관한 것으로서, 원형블록체로서, 탬퍼(100)를 포터필터(1)에 삽입 배치시 포터필터(1)의 외곽면에 하면 가장자리가 걸림 형성되는 크기로 구비되는 손잡이부(110); 상기 손잡이부(110)의 하측으로 상단부가 삽입 배치되어 고정 결합되는 원형블록체로서, 포터필터(1) 내부로 삽입 및 삽입 상태에서 회전 조작 가능한 크기로 구비되며, 포터필터(1) 내 커피가루와 접촉되는 하면에 대해 중앙부가 볼록한 구조의 커브면(111)을 형성하여 포터필터(1)의 중앙부분에 몰려 채워지는 커피가루를 외곽으로 밀어내는 기능을 발휘함과 더불어 원둘레를 따라 분배되고 일측방향으로 단턱면(112a)을 갖는 3개의 날개형성부(112)를 형성하여 회전 조작시 커피가루를 균일하게 배분하여 균등한 밀도로 분포시키는 기능을 발휘토록 한 탬핑구(120);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
