The grinding aid of the present invention increases long term compression strength of cement, and reduces energy consumption while improving particle fineness by preventing coagulation of particles during a clinker grinding process. 본 발명은 시멘트 클링커의 분쇄공정에서 사용하는 분쇄조제 조성물이다. 본 발명에 따른 분쇄조제는 인계화합물로서, 보다 구체적으로 알킬포스페이트 화합물이 사용된다. 특히 트리부틸포스페이트 화합물을 사용할 수 있다. 본 발명에 따른 분쇄조제 조성물은 알킬포스페이트 화합물을 단독으로 또는 혼합하여 사용할 수 있으며, 수용성 글리콜류 및 에틸렌 아민계 화합물을 첨가하여 사용할 수 있다. 본 발명에 따른 분쇄조제는 시멘트의 장기 압축강도를 향상시키며, 클링커 분쇄공정에서 입자들 사이의 응집을 방지하여 에너지 소모량을 줄이고 분말도를 향상시킬 수 있다.
