Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a graphene-quantum dot nano composition structure, a manufacturing method thereof, and a solar cell including the same. More specifically, the graphene-quantum dot nano composition structure includes multiple graphene layers and a quantum dot layer to increase the movement of a photoelectron. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method of the graphene-quantum dot nano composition structure uniformly forms a quantum dot to inhibit exciton recombination in the quantum dot, and smoothly induces the movement of the photoelectron, thereby manufacturing a solar cell with high efficiency. 본 발명은 그래핀-양자점 나노 복합구조 및 이의 제조방법, 이를 포함하는 태양전지에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 다수의 그래핀 층 및 양자점 층을 포함하여 광전자의 이동을 향상시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 복합구조 및 이의 제조방법, 이를 포함하는 태양전지에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 양자점을 균일하게 형성하여 상기 양자점 내부에서의 엑시톤 재결합을 억제하고 광전자 이동을 원활하게 유도할 수 있어, 고효율을 가지는 태양전지의 제조가 가능하다.
