Zusammenfassung:	According to the present invention, an apparatus and a method to remove free lime from cinder produced in a circulating fluidized bed boiler comprises: a mixer to receive the cinder produced in the circulating fluidized bed boiler in the inside, and induce mixing between the cinder supplied to the inside and other materials; a steam generator to supply steam to the inside of the mixer; and a control unit to control the mixer and the steam generator, and the cinder provided inside the mixer arouses hydration reaction with the steam supplied inside the mixer, so a part of free lime (Free-CaO) components are removed. Moreover, According to another embodiment of the present invention, the method comprises: a step A of supplying cinder produced in a circulating fluidized bed boiler to the inside of a mixer; a step B of supplying steam generated in a steam generator to the inside of the mixer; a step C of transferring the cinder supplied inside the mixer through the step A and the steam supplied inside the mixer through the step B to one direction while mixing the same; and a step D of discharging the cinder mixed with the steam in the inside of the mixer and transferred through the step C to the outside of the mixer. The step C is a step of mixing the cinder supplied inside the mixer with the steam to remove a part of free lime components. 본 발명의 순환유동층 보일러에서 발생하는 연소재의 유리석회 제거 장치는, 순환유동층 보일러에서 발생된 연소재가 내부로 공급되며, 상기 내부로 공급된 연소재와 다른 물질 간의 혼합을 유도하는 혼합기; 상기 혼합기의 내부로 증기를 공급하는 증기발생기; 및 상기 혼합기 및 증기발생기를 제어하는 제어유닛;을 포함하며, 상기 혼합기 내부로 공급되어진 연소재는 상기 증기발생기로부터 상기 혼합기 내부로 공급되어진 증기와 수화반응을 일으켜 유리석회(Free-CaO) 성분이 일부 제거되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한, 본 발명의 다른 태양인 순환유동층 보일러에서 발생하는 연소재의 유리석회 제거 방법은, 순환유동층 보일러에서 발생된 연소재를 혼합기의 내부로 공급하는 A단계; 증기발생기에서 발생된 증기를 상기 혼합기의 내부로 공급하는 B단계; 상기 A단계 통해 혼합기의 내부로 공급되어진 연소재 및 상기 B단계를 통해 혼합기의 내부로 공급되어진 증기를 혼합하면서 일방향으로 이송시키는 C단계; 및 상기 C단계를 통해 혼합기의 내부에서 증기와 혼합되어 이송되어진 연소재를 상기 혼합기 외부로 배출하는 D단계;를 포함하며, 상기 C단계는 혼합기의 내부로 공급되어진 연소재를 증기와 혼합시켜 유리석회(Free-CaO) 성분을 일부 제거하는 단계인 것을 특징으로 한다.
