Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a mixed powder transferring device of a triplicate structure non-lead-based PVC pipe producing system. According to the present invention, a mixed powder transferring member of a mixture transferring device for supplying a mixed powder provided from a mixed powder storing device for storing a mixed powder consisting of a non-lead-based stabilizer and a resin (a PVC raw ingredient) to a dough extruding device for heating the mixed powder at a high temperature and extruding the mixed powder into a dough comprises: a fixing unit fixed on a motor axis; and a circular spiral unit continuously wound with a diameter and a slope interval which are identically maintained in a side part of the fixing unit. Accordingly, a mixed powder can be regularly transferred, and transferring can be performed while the mixed powder containing moisture does not stick on the mixed powder transferring device, so a transferring effect is improved.
본 발명은 3중 구조의 비납계 피브이씨 관 제작시스템의 혼합분말이송장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 비납계 안정제와 레진(PVC원료)으로 이루어진 혼합분말이 저장된 혼합분말저장장치로부터 공급되는 혼합분말을, 고온으로 가열하여 반죽물로 압출하는 반죽물압출장치로 공급하기 위한 혼합물이송장치의 혼합분말이송부재를, 모터축에 고정되는 고정부와, 이 고정부의 타측 영역으로 동일 직경과 경사 간격을 유지하여 연속적으로 감겨진 원형 나선부로 구성되어 혼합분말을 일정하게 이송할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 수분이 함유된 혼합분말이 달라붙지 않고 이송할 수 있어 이송력이 향상되는 효과가 제공된다. |
