The thermotherapy device having an LED and a ceramic block according to the present invention comprises: a substrate located inside of a cover of the thermotherapy device, and formed with a vertical through-hole; a ceramic block located outside of the cover of the thermotherapy device, and formed with a vertical accommodation hole; a rivet formed with a hollow hole therein, having a head on an upper side thereof, installed to be located on the vertical through-hole and the vertical accommodation hole, and having a lower side expanding outwards by an additional riveting machine so as to fix the substrate and the ceramic block to the cover; and an LED accommodated in the hollow hole, and connected to the substrate. 본 발명은 리벳을 이용하여 엘이디 기판과 세라믹 블럭을 쉽고 간편하게 견고히 결합할 수 있는 엘이디와 세라믹 블럭을 갖는 온열치료기의 결합구조를 제공함에 있다. 이러한 본 발명에 따른 엘이디와 세라믹 블럭을 갖는 온열치료기의 결합구조는 온열치료기에 있어서, 상기 온열치료기의 커버 내측에 위치하며, 수직 관통공이 형성된 기판과, 상기 온열치료기의 커버 외측에 위치하며, 수직 수용홀이 형성된 세라믹 블럭과, 내측에 중공이 형성되며, 상측에 헤드가 구비되고, 상기 수직 관통공과 수직 수용홀에 위치하도록 설치되며, 별도의 리벳팅기에 의해 하측이 외측으로 벌어져 기판과 세라믹 블럭을 커버에 고정하는 리뱃과, 상기 중공에 수용되며 기판에 연결되는 엘이디;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
