description The present invention relates to a center guided portable tension meter to test an adhesive strength of a cultivated laver. A center adjusting means guiding a pulling direction of the clamp rods in a vertical direction is installed in a lower side portion of the grip and the clamp rods. Cultivated laver bonded to a cultivation rope is set to strongly engage with the clamping fingers of the clamp rods using the clamping knob and the clamping ball.
