SOLID FUEL PRODUCTION APPARATUS USING SLUDGE

Disclosed is an apparatus for producing solid fuel using sludge. The apparatus for producing solid fuel using sludge according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a biogas production unit including an anaerobic digestion tank which is installed in the middle of a supply path where sludge is supplied to a power generation unit and which receives the sludge, and also including a digestion sludge storage unit for storing digestion sludge treated in the anaerobic digestion tank; a mixed preheating unit for being supplied with the digestion sludge stored in the digestion sludge storage unit, and performing a preheating; an oil tank unit for supplying oil to the digestion sludge supplied to the mixed preheating unit; a dry unit for drying the digestion sludge passed through the mixed preheating unit; a process unit for being supplied with the digestion sludge dried in the dry unit, thereby drying at a predetermined temperature, and at the same time, transforming the digestion sludge into smaller digestion sludge; and a heat supply unit for being supplied with waste heat recovered from the power generation unit, thereby supplying heat necessary for the mixed preheating unit, the dry unit, and the process unit. 슬러지를 이용한 고체 연료 생산 장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 슬러지를 이용한 고체 연료 생산 장치는 슬러지가 발전유닛으로 공급되는 공급 경로 중에 설치되어 상기 슬러지를 공급받는 혐기 소화조와, 상기 혐기 소화조에서 처리된 소화 슬러지가 저장되는 소화 슬러지 저장 유닛을 포함하는 바이오 가스 생산 유닛; 상기 소화 슬러지 저장 유닛에 저장된 소화 슬러지를 공급받아 혼합 예열이 이루어지는 혼합 예열 유닛; 상기 혼합 예열 유닛으로 공급된 소화 슬러지에 오일을 공급하기 위한 오일 탱크 유닛; 상기 혼합 예열 유닛을 경유한 소화 슬러지에 대한 건조가 이루어지는 건조 유닛; 상기 건조 유닛에서 건조된 소화 슬러지를 공급받아 소정의 온도로 건조시킴과 동시에 상대적으로 작은 덩어리 형태의 소화 슬러지로 변화시키는 공정 유닛; 및 상기 발전 유닛에서 회수된 폐열을 공급받아 상기 혼합 예열 유닛과 건조 유닛과 공정 유닛의 작동에 필요한 열을 공급하기 위한 열 공급 유닛을 포함한다.
