Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for spraying and applying a release material on the inner surface of a mold (11) for manufacturing a synthetic resin body (10) such as a seat buffering body for a vehicle. A heating storage bath (30) for melting the release material to a liquid state and a steam generator (40) for generating steam with high pressure and a high temperature are connected to a spray gun (20) which sprays the release material. Thereby, the release material is efficiently applied without using organic solvents. The present invention remarkably improves a working safety and a working environment by excluding the organic solvents which are inflammable materials and are harmful to a human body in a process of applying the release material to the mold (11) for forming the synthetic resin.
