PACK FOR PACKAGE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a packaging pack which does not create a harmful material and a manufacturing method thereof. The packaging pack which does not create a harmful material comprises: a polyethylene film formed on the inner surface of the packaging pack and formed from a mixture of a low-density polymer polyethylene resin and a high-density polymer polyethylene resin; and a biaxially oriented film formed on the outer surface of the packaging pack and laminated with the polyethylene film. The present invention does not add additives such as a slipping material, an opening material (stone powder), a plasticizer of an antioxidant, a material property reinforcing agent, and a hydrophobicity agent to a base material of polyethylene (PE) at all, and maintains a slipping property which does not allow contents to stick to the inner wall inside the pack and an opening property which prevents both surfaces inside the pack from sticking to each other. Accordingly, when heating contents (e.g., breast milk or drink), harmful materials related to endocrine-disrupting chemicals are not created at all, and fine dust or the like is not created. 본 발명은 유해물질이 발생하지 않는 포장용 팩 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 내측 면에는 저밀도고분자 폴리에틸렌 레진과 고밀도고분자 폴리에틸렌 레진으로 혼합 성형된 폴리에틸렌 필름(Polyethylene Film)으로 구성되고 외측 면에는 상기 폴리에틸렌 필름(Polyethylene Film)과 라미네팅(laminating) 처리하여 형성된 이축연신필름(Biaxially Oriented Film)으로 하여 구성된 것이다. 위와 같은 본 발명은 폴리에틸렌 (Polyethylene; PE) 원료에 슬립제, 개구제(돌가루), 산화방지제의 가소제, 물성 보강제 및 소수성 부여제인 첨가제를 전혀 함유시키지 않으면서도 팩 내부의 벽면에 내용물이 달라붙지 않게 하는 슬립성과 팩 내부의 양측 면이 붙는 현상을 방지하는 개구성을 유지할 수 있게 된다. 따라서 내용물(예컨대, 모유나 음료 등)을 데울 때 환경호르몬과 관련된 유해물질이 전혀 발생하지 않음은 물론 미세먼지 등이 발생하지 않는 효과가 있다.
