Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a functional paper containing a nanogold particle-pulp composite and a preparation method thereof. According to the present invention, pulp and a gold precursor solution are mixed to be reacted in an autoclave so as to allow the nanogold particle to be self-synthesized to a lignin component being in a wood fiber of the pulp, thus the nanogold particle-pulp composite in a form of which the nanogold particle is coupled to the pulp, can be prepared, and also the functional paper manufactured by using the same exhibits antibacterial properties, high strength, and excellent moisture-resistant properties and flexibility, thereby being very usefully used for packaging paper for foods, agricultural products, or medical devices and medical products.
본 발명은 금나노 입자-펄프 컴포지트를 함유하는 기능성 제지 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 펄프와 금 전구체 용액을 혼합하여 오토클레이브에서 반응시킴으로써, 펄프 내 목재 섬유에 존재하는 리그닌에 금나노 입자가 자체적으로 합성되도록 하고, 이러한 금나노 입자가 펄프에 결합 되어 있는 형태의 금나노 입자-펄프 컴포지트를 제조할 수 있으며, 이를 이용하여 제조된 기능성 제지는 항균특성을 나타내며, 강도가 강하고, 내습성, 유연성이 우수하여, 식품, 농산물 또는 의료기기, 의약품 포장용 종이로도 매우 유용하게 활용될 수 있다. |
