The device and the method for ramp-up of generator output voltage

The present invention relates to a device and a method for ramping up a generator output voltage. More specifically, the device and the method are capable of restoring a power network with an adjusted single generator by adjusting an output frequency of electricity generated in a generator by using a governor and then adjusting a voltage to a rated voltage by using an automatic voltage adjustor. The device comprises: a generator to generate electricity through an engine; a governor to adjust the rotation number of the engine to adjust an output frequency of the electricity to a set value; an automatic voltage adjustor to adjust a current amount supplied to the generator to a set value to adjust a voltage generated in the generator; and a switchboard to transmit, to a transformer, the electricity of which the frequency and the current amount are adjusted through the automatic voltage adjustor.
