WEAVING DEVICE FOR COATING

The present invention relates to a weaving device including a transfer roller part that is provided with a chemical coating part, a heat treatment part, and a hot blower such that the surface of a woven film screen is coated with chemicals of a heat-retaining agent or a fire retardant agent and is wound. Accordingly, as soon as a film screen is woven, a chemical coating process and a heat treatment process are automatically performed. According to the present invention, provided is a weaving device adapted for chemical coating, which includes: a film supply part which supplies a chopped film; a yarn supply part which supplies yarn; a weaving part which alternately weaves the film supplied from the film supply part and the yarn supplied from the yarn supply part into a film screen; a transfer roller part including a plurality of transfer rollers to transfer the film screen to a winding part; a chemical coating part which applies chemicals to both surfaces of the film screen transferred through the transfer roller part; a heat treatment bar including a hot wire therein to thermally treat the film screen coated with the chemicals; a hot blower which dries the film screen coated with the chemicals; and the winding part which winds the film screen coated with the chemicals.
