A speed reduction motor (7) horizontally installs a bevel gear (g′) engaged with the bevel gear (g) on a motor shaft. In the present invention, raw ingredients are uniformly supplied, so that overloading is prevented, the pellets are uniformized, and marketability is maximized. Through the 2-4 discharging paths (61) formed in the top case (6), overloading applied to an extruding tool (4) is prevented, and overloading applied to the spindle (3) and speed reduction motor (7) is also preemptively prevented, so that the lifespan of the pellet device is increased and reliability is maximized.
