INJECTION PRODUCT CUTTING APPARATUS

The present invention relates to an apparatus to cut an injected object which includes: an injected object supply unit; an injected object horizontal alignment unit; a first robot picking and placing an injected object; a first cutting unit cutting the injected object on a primary cutting position; a second robot picking the primarily-cut injected object to move and place the injected object on a secondary cutting position or picking a portion except a plate body of the secondarily-cut injected object to place the portion back to a second cutting position; a second cutting unit secondarily cutting the injected object on a secondary cutting position or cutting the portion (A) except the plate body of the secondarily-cut injected object; a third robot picking the plate body of the secondarily-cut injected object to move and place the injected object on a packaging unit; a rotation unit rotating the portion (A) except the plate body of the injected object secondarily cut in the second cutting unit; an injected object alignment unit to align the injected object by a plurality of rollers; and a packaging unit packaging the plate body of the secondarily-cut injected object using upper and lower packaging rolls.
