Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a xylanase-active enzyme cel10-CBM6-KG61 gene from rumen microorganisms of black goats and a use of the same and, more specifically, provides a novel xylanase-active enzyme cel10-CBM6-KG61 gene selected from rumen microorganisms of black goats, protein products thereof and a manufacturing method of feed additives, detergent compositions and biofuels using the same. According to the present invention, the novel xylanase-active enzyme cel10-CBM6-KG61 gene can be selected from rumen microorganisms of black goats, to provide active enzyme cel10-CBM6-KG61 genes and protein products leading to the development of low-priced feed additives, fabric conditioners, detergents and also the production of biofuels by decomposing rich xylan.
